day 5

it's been 5 days of real food, and i feel great!

yesterday, i started the day with another yummy smoothie. then for lunch i had a nice quinoa salad with feta cheese and some white wine vinegar. i finished the day with some stir fry of beef, snap peas, broccoli, onion, garlic, and coconut oil. i overslept yesterday, so i missed out on my morning workout. just means i'll have to get one in today and tomorrow! 

so far today, i've had a delish omelet with spinach and raw cheese. yum! i'm planning to have leftovers from last night for lunch, and then some grilled chicken and veggies for dinner.
